Returns and Refunds Policy | ShaQueen The Guidance Goddess
Overview
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your order. However, if you are not completely satisfied, this policy outlines the conditions for returns and refunds for our various services and products. Please read carefully, as different rules apply to Booking Services, Gangsta For God Merchandise, and ShaQueens Handmade Products.
1. Booking Services: Tarot Readings
All booked tarot readings are booking services, and they are non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Cancellation & Rescheduling: If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
No-Show & Late Cancellations: If you do not show up for your scheduled reading or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, you forfeit your booking fee. A 50% fee will be retained from the booking price, and the remainder will be refunded to you.
2. Physical Goods: Return Eligibility & Deadlines
You are entitled to return eligible physical goods within 30 days of receiving them.
The following return conditions apply based on the product type:
A. Gangsta For God Merchandise:
All sales on Hoodies and Shirts are final. These items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.
All other Gangsta For God merchandise is fully refundable if returned within 30 days in their original, unused condition.
B. ShaQueens Melanin Manifestations Candles & ShaQueens Spiritual Products:
These items are specially handmade. While they are returnable, please note that a 35% restock fee will be deducted from the refund amount to cover material and labor costs.
Conditions for Returns (All Physical Goods):
In order for any physical goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
The goods are in the original packaging, unused, and undamaged.
The goods are not of a nature that deteriorates rapidly.
The goods are not used, unsealed, or mixed with other items in a way that makes them unsuitable for resale (especially for hygiene and safety reasons, such as candles or spiritual products).
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of return, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent via email to: customersupport@haqueentheguidancegoddess.com.
Please include your order number and reason for the return.
Return Shipping Address:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in the return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service. We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the returned goods.
4. Refunds & Reimbursements
For Eligible Physical Goods:
We will reimburse you no later than 5-7 business days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment you used for the order.
For eligible Gangsta For God Merchandise, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
For ShaQueens Handmade Products, a 35% restock fee will be deducted from the purchase price before the refund is issued.
For Booking Services:
Refunds are only issued for cancelled appointments as detailed in the "Booking Services" section above. Completed readings are final and non-refundable.
